Tube sheets and its material will be exclusively machined according to customer drawings and material specification. Tubesheets with a dimension of Ø2000x700mm can be drilled with tubeholes with a minimum of Ø16,13mm.
We can meet tolerances less than 0,05mm according to TEMA without a doubt.
The facilities are equipped with state of the art machinery that are able to drill tube sheets with a maximum size of Ø5000mm. The capacity and possibilities are almost endless with our machinery park:

Materials are directly purchased at well known forging companies that are also stationed nearby Busan. Short lines of communication and good relationship enables us to have the raw forgings delivered for machining at our premises in approximately three weeks. It shortens the lead time of total machined tube sheets drastically. A delivery time of 40 days ex works is possible depending on the material and additional tests.
